How to prepare hair for spinning (like wool or other fibers)?

I would like to spin collected human hair. Short and long.

Does anyone has experience in this or wold have a clue how to prepare human hair for spinning?

*soak in hair-perming solution, etc?

Clean it.
Comb it.
Mix flax of wool fiber in.
Comb again.
Spin.
